Immunogen: Extensively purified native
collagen type I and III extracted from bovine skin
into dilute acidic buffer after mild pepsin
digestion.
Format: 100 μg antibody affinity-purified with
immobilized native calf collagen mixture of type I
and III, and lyophilized. Reconstitute with 1 ml
distilled water.
Storage and Stability: Store lyophilized
antibody at 2-8oC. After reconstitution, store
undiluted at 2-8oC. For prolonged storage, store
in aliquot at -20oC.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Immunohistochemistry –Frozen sections:
Dilution at 1:20 if peroxidase-labeled
secondary antibodies are applied. 1:10 if
FITC-labeled secondary antibody is used.

Immunocytochemistry for cultured bovine cells.

Dot-blotting on native bovine collagen type I
and III.

ELISA on native bovine collagen type I and III.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
